Manual’s Yearbook is a Crown Winner!
We just got word that our 2008-2009 yearbook is a finalist in the international Columbia Scholastic Press Association Crown awards, the “Pulitzers of high school journalism.” This is totally unprecedented for our students and a huge distinction for our program – only 30 schools in the world end up on the yearbook finalist list each year. This means we have either won a Gold Crown or a Silver Crown, and winning either is fantastic. We’ll find out in the spring which award we’ve won when we attend the CSPA convention in NYC.
