Any incoming CMA applicants must attend one of the following writing assessment sessions:
• February 17th, 3:30 PM
• February 19th, 6:00 PM
• February 20th, 11:00 AM
All sessions will be held in Manual’s senior cafeteria, accessible from Manual’s back parking lot (enter from Cardinal Boulevard or 2nd Street). It is the large windowed room that extends into the courtyard.
You must bring:
• pens or pencils
• lined paper
• a photo ID (or other photo identification). Any officially issued document is acceptable — student ID, a state ID card, a Kentucky Kingdom card, a TARC ID, a YMCA ID, last year’s yearbook, etc. — as long as it has the student’s name and photo on it.
Please arrive early. No student will be admitted to the testing area after the assessment has begun. The assessment will last one hour.
Participation in one of these sessions is required for all CMA applicants.
The assessment is the same in all sessions. In addition to these sessions, you must also submit a complete CMA application to Manual High School if you have not done so already.
